I have been a practising therapist for ten years, and as a Reiki healer for many years before that.

I qualified as an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist with the Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy Training Academy and I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Council.

I studied with Evelyn Brodie on her Tenemos Touch course, incorporating shamanic healing practices from the Q’ero traditions of Peru and I subsequently travelled to Peru to work with various shamans and to receive further initiations.

Interested in applying those practices in my native lands, I have carried out an apprenticeship with Suzi Crockford over two years. I continue to nourish and develop my shamanic practice by regularly meeting and sharing with other advanced practitioners and by spending time in forests, around water, mountains and the sea.
